Here is the review for the LULUMS Pendle Bar gig on 18th November 2006..... It was done by Pete J Watt and as it's not appeared on the SCAN website, I've written it up myself. I've lost the bit that reviews Dolore as well by the way! Here it is:

The ever-so-popular Steve Morgan kicked off the LULUMS night at a moderately full Pendle Bar, playing his usual ballads, though on this occasion, with a twist. For only the third time his regular one man acoustic set was accompanied by his new drumming counterpart Luke Williams.

Between them the two brought a new burst of life to Morgan's songs. The percussion element was by no means a gentle addition to the set offering subtle background beats, but instead roared throughout, bringing out something new, namely volume. The two played the majority of Morgan's own Bad River EP, and for the first time in two years, Morgan played Fool For Love, one of the highlights from his own collection.
